FAQ
Requires DTF printer, DTF ink, PET film, and DTF hot-melt powder to be used together.
The printhead used in our Kingjet DTF printer is EPSON I3200A1 and all of our printhead is original and brand new.
Any fabric which can stand 170℃ heat press temperature can be transferred by DTF, like cotton, T-shirts, jeans, canvas, sweatshirts, polyester, etc.
Print cost for 1 sqm transfer fabric pattern is about 1-2 USD, and about 0.07-0.1usd for A4 size Printing.
If print 1 sqm pet film pattern, it needs the following consumables: CMYK(total 4 color): 10-15ml；white:15-30ml；powder:10-20g
Print the designed pattern on the PET film, then evenly sprinkle hot melt powder on the pattern, melt it at high temperature and then dry it, cut the PET film, and heat-press the pattern onto various types of clothing through heat press, and then you can complete the clothing printing!
Under normal wear and standard washing operations, DTF print can usually withstand approximately 50 to 100 washing cycles in accordance with the international washing standard.
Regarding the problem of white ink clogging the printhead, our DTF printer is equipped with an automatic white ink circulation stirring system.
White ink clogging the print head is the most difficult maintenance and problem for DTF printers. Our system can effectively prevent this situation. When the machine is not working during holidays, you can turn on the white ink circulation system with a button to keep the white ink in a moist and non-caking state.
Moreover, our ink bottle is a cylindrical design instead of a rectangular parallelepiped design, which can effectively avoid ink deposition and greatly prevent print head clogging.
Lastly, as regards the printhead cleaning, our machine has a unique ink stack automatic cleaning system. Just press the cleaning button, and the printhead will return to the ink stack position for automatic cleaning. The operation is simple and efficient.
Currently, we use single-phase power for KingJet DTF printer. you only need to tell us your local single-phase voltage and plug standard, and we will customize machine according to your needs. 110V and 220V voltage are available.
